In the event you aren't satisfied with your order, email us at email@example.com and include your order number and name. Then return your unused or gently used (full or more than half full) item, in the original packaging and in good condition within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping.
With the exception of defective products, you are responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To reduce your shipping expense, place returned items in the original sealed shipping package and label it return it to sender. Please note you are responsible for items that were never received by us or are missing in transit by a mail provider. To ensure your return is received I suggest using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. I can not guarantee receipt of your return and tracking and/or insurance will help you know the status of the package. Returns for items damaged or missing will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify the status of your refund. The refund will be for the cost of the products minus a restock fee of 5% of the order value. All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment, within 15 business days. Refunds post to your account within 5 - 7 days after the credit has been issued. If your refund has not posted after 7 days, please contact your bank then feel free to contact us at - firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may cancel your auto ship subscription at any time. You are responsible for all subscription fees charged prior to cancellation. To avoid any unwanted charged cancel your auto shipment prior to your shipment. You will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to each shipment with a link to cancel, pause, and/or skip a shipment. Once your account has been billed, all sales are final and there will be no refunds.
