Shipping policy

Individual orders are shipped within 5 - 7 business days. Shipments to APO boxes and to international destinations will take an extra 2-4 weeks for delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking information are sent to the email address you provide at purchase.

Orders marked delivered by the shipping agent will be considered completed and received. Please make sure all orders are shipped to a safe location. FEMME NOIRE is not responsible for delivered packages that have been stolen / missing.

Please verify the shipping address is correct when placing your order. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided. If an order is returned to FEMME NOIRE it can be reshipped to the correct address for an additional shipping fee.
