Refund policy

The 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee is only valid on FEMME NOIRE products purchased via our website at shopfemmenoire.com (excludes items received from independent retailers). Products purchased directly from www.shopfemmenoire.com, can be returned within 30 days from purchase. Full refunds, excluding shipping, will be issued to the original method of payment. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.

To complete your refund or exchange, please email support@shopfemmenoire.com your name and order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, un-opened or gently used (empty jars / bottles will not be accepted) and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds are only available for full size (8 oz) items and the Flower Bomb Rapid Rejuvenation Oil; Mini Bundles, mini size (2 oz or smaller) products, supplements, hair tools, hair accessories and apparel are excluded and can not be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

With the exception of defective products, you are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To reduce your shipping expense, place returned items in the original sealed shipping package and label it return it to sender. Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is suggested. We can not guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify the status of your refund. All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment, within 15 business days. Refunds post to your account within 5 - 7 days. If you refund has not posted after 7 days, please contact your bank then feel free to contact us at - support@shopfemmenoire.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace defective items within 30 days from purchase. If you need an exchange please email us support@shopfemmenoire.com and send your item to the address listed below. To eliminate your shipping expense, place returned items in the original sealed shipping package and label it return it to sender.

Auto-Ship Cancellation
You may cancel your auto ship subscription at any time. You are responsible for all subscription fees charged prior to cancellation. To avoid any unwanted charged cancel your auto shipment prior to your shipment. You will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to each shipment with a link to cancel, pause, and/or skip a shipment. Once your account has been billed, all sales are final and there will be no refunds.
